At Devsha Jungle Resort, we strive to provide you with a pleasant stay and a seamless booking experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be canceled or modified, and the conditions for refunds.

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below:

• Reservations cancelled 20 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 30% cancellation charge.

• Reservations cancelled 07 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

• No date changes or refunds will be entertained for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.

• No date changes or refunds will be accommodated for stays during the Diwali Season (dates set by management), Christmas & New Year holidays (20th Dec – 5th Jan), or any long weekends or public holidays, regardless of when the booking was made—even if booked 20 days in advance or more.

• Any applicable refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days and issued via UPI or bank transfer only.
