We request all our guests to kindly review the following Terms & Conditions along with our Cancellation Policy. Due to our limited inventory, we must strictly adhere to the policies outlined below. No exceptions will be made, even in cases of emergencies.

General Definitions

• Any mention of a gender includes all genders.

• “Natural persons” include both individuals and entities (corporate or otherwise).

• Invitee refers to any person not residing at Devsha Jungle Resort but visiting a guest who is.

• Guest refers to any person residing at Devsha Jungle Resort, aged 18 or above. All invitees visiting a guest are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions upon entry.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

• Check-in: 1:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
  If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please inform us in advance. Last-minute requests may incur additional charges.

Payment & Charges

• Guests agree to pay 100% of the booking amount in advance, as determined by Devsha Jungle Resort.

• Any additional charges incurred for food, beverages, services, taxes, or other applicable levies must be settled at check-out unless otherwise authorized in writing by resort management.

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the resort property due to their actions, negligence, or omissions.

• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Management reserves the Right of Admission.

Indemnity & Liability

Guests and their invitees understand and accept the natural environment surrounding Devsha Jungle Resort. This includes the risk of encountering wild animals, insects, and reptiles, which may lead to injury, death, or loss of personal property.

Guests also acknowledge that the structure of the resort—such as treehouses and elevated rooms (up to 25-30 feet high)—involves inherent risks. Any careless or reckless behavior in or around these areas is the guest’s responsibility.

By staying at the resort:

• You waive all claims against Devsha Jungle Resort, its owners, directors, staff, employees, or any individuals directly or indirectly associated with the resort for any injury, loss, or death occurring on the premises.

• You indemnify and hold harmless the resort and its affiliates against all legal claims, whether by you, your spouse, relatives, children, invitees, or representatives.

• In the event of an accident, the resort may arrange emergency medical aid at its discretion. However, this does not imply any admission of liability on the part of the resort or its management.

Acknowledgement

By booking and/or signing the Terms of Residence at Devsha Jungle Resort, every guest:

• Confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• Declares they are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of their entire party and any invitees.

• In the absence of such authority, agrees to be personally liable for all applicable charges or legal claims arising from the actions of their group and invitees.
